Prime Bank Announces Job Opportunities for Dynamic Nepalese Citizens

Kathmandu, Nepal – Prime Commercial Bank Ltd., an ‘A’ class financial institution, invites applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepalese citizens with strong IT skills and pleasant personalities for various positions. The bank seeks to fill roles across different corporate levels and branches, with a focus on enhancing its business development, credit functions, legal support, IT, and overall branch management.

Available Positions:

1. Business Development (Various Corporate Levels)

   • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development in financial institutions. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required; Master's preferred.

2. Branch Manager (Various Corporate Levels - Majorly Outside Kathmandu Valley)

   • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in financial institutions focusing on credit, business development, trade finance, and branch management. Previous experience as Branch/Assistant Branch Manager preferred. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

3. Chartered Accountant

   • Qualifications: Completed CA with knowledge of central bank directives, BAFIA, Company Act 2063, and other relevant banking regulations. Relevant work experience preferred. Age limit: 30 years as of June 25, 2024.

4. Legal Officer

   • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years as a practitioner lawyer with an advocate license, preferably in financial institutions or reputed law firms. Bachelor's degree in law required; Master's preferred.

5. Relationship Manager/Officer (Various Corporate Levels - Majority Outside Kathmandu Valley)

   • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in financial institutions focusing on credit functions. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

6. Gold Loan Supervisory Assistant (Contract - Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valley)

   • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Gold Tester/Gold Loan In-charge, preferably in financial institutions.

7. IT Assistant

   • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with at least 50% marks or 2.8 CGPA out of 4. Age limit: 28 years as of June 25, 2024. Technical knowledge of IT systems and fluency in Nepali and English required.

8. Trainee Assistant (Multiple Positions - Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valley)

   • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with at least 50% marks or 2.5 CGPA out of 4. Age limit: 28 years as of June 25, 2024.

Additional Information: Candidates must indicate their preferred province and branch location while applying. Applicants with computer literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are preferred.
