1. Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Manager/Deputy Manager - One Position
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university, or a CA degree.
Experience:
- Over 5 years in Capital Market, Investment Banking, or Banking sectors. Preference for candidates with experience in capital market, merchant banking, or securities business.
Age:
- Not exceeding 40 years as of the last application date.
Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership in managing and administering all aspects of merchant banking operations.
- Strategy framing, long-term business goals, and business development activities.
- Monitoring various departments, providing strategic and operational guidance.

2. Head Corporate Advisory - Assistant Manager/Senior Officer - One Position
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university, or a CA degree.
Experience:
- Over 2 years in Capital Market, Investment Banking, or Banking sectors.
Age:
- Not exceeding 40 years for Assistant Manager and not exceeding 35 years for Senior Officer as of the last application date.
Job Requirements:
- Participate in negotiations and liaising with advisors and stakeholders in clients’ projects.
- Services include Corporate fund initiatives, loan syndication, venture capital financing, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, project appraisal, due diligence, business planning, and feasibility studies.
3. Research Officer - Junior Officer - One Position
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Account, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Over 1 year of experience in Finance, Account, or Audit areas.
Age:
- Not exceeding 35 years as of the last application date.
Job Requirements:
- Financial analysis, market research, product development, policy and regulation research.
- Research based on customer requirements in various business fields.
- Proficiency in financial knowledge, statistical tools, analytical aptitude, and report writing.
