Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited, a leading National Level Development Bank, is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join its team. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, Lumbini Bikas Bank is expanding its footprint and services across Nepal. We invite applications from qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions to be stationed at our branches across all provinces and at the Head Office:

Branch Manager /Assistant Branch Manager/Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer

• > Officer Level (Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer) - Few
• > Assistant Level (Supervisor/Senior Assistant) - Few

Location: Existing Branches of All Provinces

Minimum Requirements:

For Officer Level - Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager/Relationship Manager:

• > Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
• > Minimum 5 years of total banking experience in both branch operation and/or in credit function.
• > For Branch Manager, must have at least 2 years of working experience in the capacity of Branch Manager in the BFIs.

For Assistant Level - Assistant Branch Manager/Relationship Officer:

• > Minimum Intermediate Level (preferably Bachelor's Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.
• > Minimum 3 years of total banking experience in both branch operation and/or in credit function.
• > For Assistant Branch Manager, must have at least 1 year of working experience in the capacity of Assistant Branch Manager in the BFIs.

Central Recovery Department- Head Office

• > Officer Level (Junior Officer) - Few
• > Assistant Level (Supervisor/Senior Assistant) - Few

Minimum Requirements:

• > Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management for Officer Level and Minimum Intermediate Level (preferably Bachelor's Degree) in Management for Assistant Level from a recognized University/College.
• > Minimum 3 years of total banking experience in credit function.

Other General Requirements for all above positions:

• > Excellent Communication and Leadership skills are a must.
• > Age: Not exceeding 40 years for Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer and not exceeding 35 years for Supervisor/Senior Assistant as on the last day of the application.
• > Must have a Driving License.
• > Corporate position will be offered as per job experience and qualification as deserved.
