Citizens Bank International Announces Vacancies for Multiple Positions

Position 1: Management Trainee
Vacancy Code: MT-01/24
An entry-level position, requiring an MBA/MBM/MIM Degree in Banking/Finance/Marketing/Economics/Human Resource/Accounting from a recognized university with a minimum CGPA of 3.3 out of 4 or first division. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training in banking procedures and operations. Upon completion, candidates will be appointed as Supervisors at the bank's head office or branches.

Position 2: Trainee Assistant
Vacancy Code: TA-02/24
Another entry-level position open to candidates with a minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Management, from a recognized university. Selection criteria vary based on location, favoring candidates with a relatively lower age and higher academic achievements.

Position 3: Trainee Assistant (Legal & Share Department)
Vacancy Code: LD-03/24
Similarly an entry-level position, requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates for Management Trainee and Trainee Assistant positions should not exceed 30 years of age as of May 7, 2024.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and fluency in both English and Nepali languages are essential.
• Preference will be given to local candidates or those from surrounding areas of the branches, as well as those with a valid driving license or advocate license (for Legal and Share Department only).
