Finance Department Opportunities (Officer Level)

The bank has opened up positions within its Finance Department. Candidates with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those with qualifications such as Chartered Accountant, Semi Chartered Accountant, or ACCA. Applicants should possess 2 to 5 years of banking experience, demonstrating proficiency in General Banking Practices, Account Operations, Core Banking Software, and NFRS. Local candidates with a wheeler's driving license will be given priority.

Legal Department Opportunities (Supervisor – Officer Level)

For its Legal Department, Narayani Development Bank Ltd. is seeking candidates with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Consideration will also be given to those with Master’s/Bachelor’s Degrees in Management & Economics, provided they have significant experience in Legal & Recovery Departments at any BFIs. Applicants should have a comprehensive understanding of current Provisions, Practices, Acts, Rules & Regulations, NRB Directives, Corporate, and Business Law. Priority will be given to local candidates with a two-wheeler's driving license.

Credit & Operation Department Opportunities (Assistant – Officer Level)

Within its Credit & Operation Department, the bank is looking for candidates with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management & Economics. A Master’s Degree is preferable. Candidates should have at least 3 years of banking experience, with expertise in Core Banking Software, particularly in the Credit Department. Preference will be given to those currently holding positions at least one level lower in any BFIs. Local candidates with a two-wheeler's driving license will be prioritized.
