Role Overview:

The DCEO will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in managing all facets of the company's operations, strategy, profitability, and compliance. The responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The DCEO will work closely with the CEO to drive the company towards its organizational goals and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO in decision-making processes and overall management of the company.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities and fostering innovation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets.
• Provide leadership to senior management and staff, fostering a positive work culture and talent development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company in industry forums.
• Stay updated on industry developments and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high ethical standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum age of 45 years at the time of application.
• Minimum 15 years of senior management experience in the life insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and integrity.
