Branch Manager
- Managerial Level (Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager)

- Koshi Province: 1 (Damak Branch)
- Madhesh Pradesh: 3 (Birgunj Branch, Janakpur Branch, and Lahan Branch)
- Bagmati Province: Several positions available within the Kathmandu Valley Branches
- Gandaki/Lumbini/Karnali/Sudurpaschim Province: A few positions
Eligibility Requirements for Branch Manager:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Management from a recognized University.
- Minimum 8 years of total banking experience with at least 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager for Managerial Level.
- Minimum 5 years of total banking experience with at least 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager for Officer Level.
- Expert knowledge of sales and sales strategies.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills.
Sales-Digital Banking Product, Head Office
- Managerial Level (Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager)
- Officer Level (Senior Officer, Officer, and Junior Officer)
Required No. of Positions: 1
Eligibility Requirements for Sales-Digital Banking Product:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Management from a recognized University.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing digital product sales in financial institutions for Managerial Level.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing digital product sales for Officer Level.
- Digital campaign and project management experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales and ROI.
- Technical understanding of emerging digital capabilities in the bank's digital products (desirable).
- Basic knowledge of all digital technologies and emerging trends.
- Commercial mindset and result-driven.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in analytics platforms and tools.
Other General Requirements for All Positions:
- Age: Not exceeding 52 years for Managerial Level and 40 years for Officer Level as of the last day of the application.
- Must possess a 2-Wheeler Driving License.
- Corporate positions will be offered based on job experience and qualifications.
