Lumbini Bikas Bank Announces Vacancy for Network Administrator and Chartered Accountants
Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited, a prominent national level development bank in Nepal, is seeking applications from qualified and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for various positions at its Head Office located in Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The bank is managed by a team of highly professional and experienced individuals in the banking sector.
The bank has announced a vacancy for the position of Network Administrator, with one opening available for Junior Officer/ Supervisor. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related subject from a recognized university/college and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration. The candidate should be well-versed in network management with Cisco, Fortinet, and similar devices, possess excellent knowledge of switching, routing, VLAN, ACL, VPN, firewall policy, IPS/IDS, firmware management, network protocols and services, and have knowledge of SIEM, security products, and virtualization (VMware) (preferred). An industry certification in network and/or security will be an added advantage. The candidate should have good communication, documentation skills, and change management abilities. The bank requires the candidate to have a driving license and be willing to work off-hours and in shifts.
The bank is also looking for qualified and semi-qualified chartered accountant supervisors and junior officers for a few positions. The candidate should be a semi-qualified or qualified chartered accountant from ICAN/ICAI. Experience in banking is not mandatory but preferred.
The bank requires candidates for both positions to be within the age limit of 35 years for supervisors and 40 years for officers, as on the last day of application.
