डिप्रोक्स र आदर्श लघुवित्तबीच प्राप्तिका लागि अन्तिम सम्झौता भएको सम्बन्धी सूचना

Last Monday, Deproc Laghubitta and Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited signed the final agreement for acquisition. The companies had previously signed a preliminary understanding letter on Ashoj 14. After presenting acquisition proposals at their annual general meetings, the companies have merged in equal status. They have obtained approval from regulatory bodies such as Nepal Rastra Bank and the Company Registrar's Office for integrated business operations. Adarsha Laghubitta will distribute a 20% bonus share based on a capital of NPR 20.7 million, and Deproc Laghubitta will distribute a 10% bonus share based on a capital of NPR 1.38 billion. After the bonus distribution, the paid-up capital of the new company will be NPR 1.551 billion.
