Nesdo Samriddha Laghubitta Financial Institution has decided to distribute 73.68% of its profit from the last fiscal year as a bonus share of 50% and cash dividend of 23.68% to its shareholders. The decision was made during a meeting of the board of directors held on Friday. The proposed profit distribution will be approved by the regulatory body, Nepal Rastra Bank, and Nirdho's upcoming annual general meeting, after which the company will inform its shareholders about the distribution.
