Siddhartha Capital Limited (SCL) is a leading investment banking, merchant banking, and asset management company in Nepal. A 51% subsidiary of Siddhartha Bank Limited, SCL was incorporated on 28 September 2012 and has played a pioneering role in the development of Nepal's capital market.
SCL became the first company in Nepal to receive an operating license to manage mutual funds on 9 September 2012, following the introduction of the Mutual Fund Regulation, 2010. Since then, the company has been instrumental in establishing and expanding Nepal's mutual fund industry while delivering innovative investment and merchant banking solutions to individual investors, institutional clients, and corporate organizations.
Building on its success in fund management, Siddhartha Capital expanded into Merchant Banking in 2015 and today offers a comprehensive range of capital market services, including Corporate Advisory, Issue Management, Securities Underwriting, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Depository Participant (DP), and Registrar to Shares (RTS) services.

As Fund Sponsor, Siddhartha Bank is responsible for sponsoring the mutual fund, which is registered with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) in accordance with prevailing regulatory requirements.
