Lumbini Bikas Bank intends to rent a house or flat at the location specified below for office purposes.
Interested property owners who wish to lease their house or flat are requested to submit their proposals along with complete property ownership details and all necessary documents indicating the area and specifications of the premises.
The proposal must clearly state the monthly rental amount, inclusive of applicable taxes, and the period of lease in years.
Interested property owners must submit their proposals to the General Services Department at the Bank’s Central Office, Dillibazar, within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice.
The Bank reserves the full right to accept or reject any or all proposals received.
