NIC ASIA Bank Limited has invited sealed bids for the auction of a used Toyota Fortuner under the “As Is Where Is” basis.
The bank is offering one unit of Toyota Fortuner GUN156R, manufactured in 2018, for auction. The vehicle has engine number 1GD-A193410 and chassis number MBJBA3FS000813508.
Interested individuals, firms and companies can purchase the bid document from the General Administration Department, 3rd Floor, Registered Office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, by depositing a non-refundable document fee of NPR 5,000.

The vehicle can be inspected at Trade Tower, Thapathali, during office hours throughout the notice period.
Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 10% of their quoted amount, valid for three months. The security deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after completion of the bidding process.
The sealed bids must be submitted in person to the General Administration Department in the prescribed format by the close of business on 15 October 2026. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline.
The bank said the bid opening date will be communicated to applicants via email. NIC ASIA Bank also reserves the right to accept offers wholly or partially, annul or modify the bidding process, or reject all proposals without assigning any reason.
