Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has published a vacancy notice seeking qualified and motivated Nepali citizens for various positions across its operations. The microfinance institution aims to strengthen its workforce by recruiting candidates for managerial and assistant-level roles.
According to the notice, applications have been invited for the positions of Branch Manager (including Officer, Supervisor, and Senior Assistant levels) and Assistant/Trainee Assistant.
Candidates applying for the Branch Manager role must have passed at least the Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) or equivalent qualification. Applicants for officer-level positions should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar level within a microfinance institution. Supervisor and Senior Assistant candidates must also possess relevant work experience in the microfinance sector.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked as branch managers and possess a valid driving license.
Applicants for the Assistant and Trainee Assistant positions must have completed SLC/SEE or equivalent education, possess basic computer knowledge, and be willing to work in rural areas. Candidates holding a valid motorcycle driving license will receive additional preference.
For Assistant-level positions, applicants should have at least two years of experience in a microfinance institution.

For Assistant-level positions, applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years of age. For Officer-level positions, the maximum age limit is 40 years. Female candidates are eligible for an additional five-year age relaxation.
