Kathmandu, Nepal – Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., a national-level microfinance institution licensed as a “D” class financial institution by Nepal Rastra Bank, has published a vacancy notice calling for applications across several managerial and officer-level positions.
According to the notice, the institution is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) under the managerial category. Only one position is available for this role. Applicants must hold at least a master’s degree and have a minimum of five years of managerial experience in banks or financial institutions, or a bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of relevant experience.
Similarly, the institution has opened vacancies for Monitoring Officer and Junior Officer (Monitoring/Branch Manager) positions under the officer category. Candidates applying for these roles are required to meet specific academic qualifications and possess relevant work experience in the banking and financial sector. Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in monitoring and branch management.
The vacancy is open for a limited period, and interested candidates must submit their applications within 15 days from the publication date of the notice. Applications can be submitted online through the institution’s official website.
The notice further states that the age limit for managerial-level applicants is between 30 and 55 years, while for officer-level positions, it ranges from 21 to 40 years. Female candidates are eligible for an additional five-year age relaxation.
Infinity Laghubitta has also specified that selection for the DCEO position will include a presentation and interview, while officer-level candidates will be selected through an interview process.
The institution has expanded its presence across 49 districts with over 100 branches in a short span of time and is continuing its efforts to strengthen financial inclusion through microfinance services across Nepal.
