The AGM (Senior Management Level) will be responsible for strategic planning, business growth, credit management, and overall profitability, with a strong focus on portfolio quality and risk control. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years of experience, including 8 years at a managerial level, along with a Master’s degree in a relevant field. The age limit is 50 years.
The Senior Manager (Managerial Level) will oversee branch and departmental operations, drive business targets, manage credit functions, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a managerial role, with strong knowledge of banking operations, credit, and risk management. The age limit is 45 years.
The Manager (Managerial Level) will lead the Credit Administration function, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain operational efficiency and service quality. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of experience, including 4 years at a managerial level, and hold a Master’s degree in a related discipline. The age limit is 45 years.
