For the Internal Audit position, candidates must have completed CA/ACCA or a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess several years of work experience in banks, financial institutions, or government/non-government organizations. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in internal audit or finance departments.
For the IT positions, candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, BIT, or Computer Science. Applicants should have practical knowledge and experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, MIS reporting, database and data analysis, networking, SQL, core banking systems, and CIB validation/matching. Experience in banks and financial institutions will be given priority.
Officer Level: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years
Assistant Level: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years
Age limit is relaxed by 5 years for female candidates.
The selection will be based on a written examination, interview, and practical test as required.
Officer Level: NPR 1,000
Assistant Level: NPR 800
