Everest Bank Limited has successfully completed the scheduled upgrade of its Core Banking System (CBS) to enhance service efficiency, system security, and customer experience.
The CBS upgrade process was carried out from 10th Poush to 12th Poush, 2082 (25 December to 27 December 2025). During this period, certain banking services were temporarily suspended as part of the system enhancement.
The Bank is pleased to inform all customers that all services, including Mobile Banking, have been fully resumed from 13th Poush, 2082 (28 December 2025). Customers can now access banking services seamlessly across all digital and physical channels.
