1. Officer/Officer Trainee – Central Office (Internal Audit Department)
Number of positions: 1
Applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management and should have work experience in internal auditing or related tasks. Candidates with expertise in cooperative or microfinance auditing will be given priority.

2. Junior Officer – Various Branches
Number of positions: Few
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in microfinance, branch operations, credit, or related tasks. Motorbike/scooter ownership and a valid driving license are required.

3. Senior Assistant – Central Office (Internal Audit/Monitoring Department)
Number of positions: 1
Applicants must have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree and gained two years of experience in microfinance. Priority will be given to candidates with internal audit or monitoring experience.

4. Assistant/Senior Assistant – Central Office (Administration Department)
Number of positions: 1
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with two years of administrative experience is required. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in procurement and logistics.

5. Trainee Assistant / Assistant – Branch Offices (Credit, Recovery, and Branch Operations)
Number of positions: Few
Candidates must have passed at least +2 and should have experience in microfinance or credit-related functions. Applicants from the working area of the institution will receive preference.

6. Assistant/Senior Assistant – Multiple Branch Offices
Number of positions: Few
Applicants must have completed +2 or Bachelor’s degree and must have experience in microfinance sector operations, credit, and recovery. Preference will be given to candidates with strong local area knowledge.
