It is hereby informed to all concerned stakeholders that Karnali Development Bank Limited has been declared a troubled institution as per the decision of Nepal Rastra Bank dated 2081/02/10 (Vikram Samvat) and its management is currently being overseen by a management group formed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
In line with the objective of restructuring and bringing the institution back into operation as per the recommendations of this management group and the action plan approved by Nepal Rastra Bank, a program has been scheduled to hold discussions and interactions with the depositors of the institution in various phases.
Further details regarding the location and time of these discussions will be announced through a subsequent notice. The cooperation required from the depositors in this endeavor is highly anticipated.
