Position Details:

Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited, one of Nepal's premier development banks, invites applications from qualified professionals for the position of Legal Officer. We are looking for driven individuals with a strong background in law who can bring value to our legal team.

Number of Openings: 2 (Officer Level)  

Eligibility Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized institution with an advocate license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in law practice, ideally within legal firms, BFIs, or private or public sector organizations.
- Skills & Knowledge:
  - Proficiency in substantive law, legal procedure, and legal terminology.
  - Familiarity with Corporate Law, Banking and Finance Law, Company Law, and Contract Law is advantageous.
