Notice for Sealed Bid Invitation for Sale of Promoter Shares of Nepal Insurance Company Limited
Nepal Insurance Company Limited invites sealed bids for the sale of 66,666 promoter shares held by its founder group. The sale is in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing laws and the directives issued by the Insurance Regulatory Authority in 2077 BS. These shares are being sold following the approval from the company's board to increase liquidity through a bidding process.
Interested and eligible individuals, firms, companies, or institutions are requested to submit their bids in a sealed envelope to the office of Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The bidding will commence from 2081/05/19 and the final date for submission is 2081/06/02 at 3:00 PM.
