Available Positions:

1. Branch Manager - Supervisor up to Officer level (Few) (All Provinces)

   • Minimum 5 years of experience in BFls.
   • Preference for candidates with comprehensive banking knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience as Branch Manager or Relationship Manager in any BFls.

2. Relationship Manager - Supervisor/Sr.Assistant/Assistant (Few) (All Provinces)

   • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related department in a Bank/Financial Institution or equivalent organization.

3. Operation In Charge - Sr. Assistant/Assistant/Jr.Assistant (Few) (All Provinces)

   • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related department in a Bank/Financial Institution or equivalent organization.

4. For different Departments - Assistant up to Officer level (Few) (Central Credit Department/Central Operations Department/Loan Recovery Department/Credit Administration Department/Credit Risk Department)

   • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related department in a Bank/Financial Institution or equivalent organization.

5. Trainee Assistant for Branches (Few) (All Provinces)

   • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management from a recognized University.
   • Entry-level position; no prior work experience required.

General Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management.
2. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali language.
3. Age criteria:
   • For Officer positions: 21 to 40 years (as of January 04, 2024).
   • For Trainee Assistant positions: 18 to 30 years (as of January 04, 2024).
   • A 5-year age limit extension for female candidates.
