Job Opportunity: Operations Analyst Trainee Assistant at Garima Capital Limited

Position Summary: The Operations Analyst Trainee Assistant role is pivotal in upholding the company's positive public image. Situated within the PMS Operations Unit, this role entails overseeing a spectrum of activities related to PMS Operation Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless coordination with brokers for timely settlement.
  • Create and manage PMS operation memos.
  • Proficiency in PMS software for effective portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with banks to manage share pledging/unpledging.
  • Address operational queries of PMS clients through broker and client interactions.
  • Work in tandem with Investment and Business Development Teams to overcome operational hurdles.
  • Report daily tasks assigned by the Operation In-charge.
  • Generate mandated PMS reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate client requests including withdrawal processing.
  • Regularly conduct bank and broker reconciliations.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, offering constructive improvement suggestions.
  • Bridge the gap between actual proceedings and Company policies.
  • Adhere meticulously to Company SOPs.
  • Implement best practices within the assigned role.
  • Uphold the professional reputation of Garima Capital Limited.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors or management.
  • Contribute to business generation efforts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Maximum age of 25 years.
  • Relevant work experience preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to manage diverse clients.
  • Perform well under stressful situations.
  • Exhibit leadership and teamwork acumen.
  • Solid comprehension of Investment Management Department functions, especially in Operations and record-keeping.
  • Punctuality and high motivation.
  • Exemplary analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making prowess.
  • Proficiency in capital market research and report writing.
  • Demonstrated accountability, integrity, and professionalism.
