Position Summary: The Operations Analyst Trainee Assistant role is pivotal in upholding the company's positive public image. Situated within the PMS Operations Unit, this role entails overseeing a spectrum of activities related to PMS Operation Services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless coordination with brokers for timely settlement.
- Create and manage PMS operation memos.
- Proficiency in PMS software for effective portfolio management.
- Collaborate with banks to manage share pledging/unpledging.
- Address operational queries of PMS clients through broker and client interactions.
- Work in tandem with Investment and Business Development Teams to overcome operational hurdles.
- Report daily tasks assigned by the Operation In-charge.
- Generate mandated PMS reports for regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate client requests including withdrawal processing.
- Regularly conduct bank and broker reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, offering constructive improvement suggestions.
- Bridge the gap between actual proceedings and Company policies.
- Adhere meticulously to Company SOPs.
- Implement best practices within the assigned role.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Maximum age of 25 years.
- Relevant work experience preferred.
