Rastriya Banijya Bank Announces Open Competition for Vacant Positions.

The Rastriya Banijya Bank, in accordance with the consent and agreement of the Public Service Commission, has declared its intent to permanently fill vacant positions through an open competition. Eligible Nepali citizens who meet the required minimum educational qualification and have a clean criminal record are invited to submit their applications.

Applicants are required to complete the online application form provided by the bank, including their Nepali citizenship details, transcript of the last educational qualification relevant to the desired position, character certificate, and a scanned passport-sized photograph. Those with educational qualifications obtained from countries other than Nepal must also provide a certificate of equivalency from Tribhuvan University.

The bank has specifically noted that candidates currently employed by the Nepal government or government-owned institutes must obtain departmental approval and attach it to their application.

It is important to note that applications that fail to reach the Required Information Technology (RIT) system, lack the prescribed minimum educational qualification, or have not submitted the specified examination fee will not be considered.

Additionally, the bank has specified several disqualifications for candidates, including individuals who have been dismissed from positions that render them ineligible for future service with the Government of Nepal, any organized organization, or a bank or financial institution. Candidates found guilty of criminal charges exhibiting moral turpitude by a court of law, those ineligible for appointment according to regulations and instructions issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, individuals blacklisted by banks and financial institutions, those who do not meet the age requirements, those who exceed the age limit, individuals who are not mentally stable, and those who have not completed the designated restriction period for being a candidate in previous examinations conducted by the Public Service Commission will not be considered. The bank emphasizes that applicants providing false information in their online application forms will be held accountable.

The examination fee must be paid through RBB Mobile Banking, Namaste Pay, e-sewa, Khalti, or any other prescribed online payment method. Cash payments for the examination fee are not available.

At the Head Office, there are vacancies for one Senior Manager, one Manager, six Deputy Managers, one Deputy Manager (Accounts), two Assistant Managers (Law), sixteen Assistant Managers (Information Technology), twenty-four Assistant Managers (Accounts), and three Assistant Managers (Agriculture).

In Koshi Province, there are openings for fourteen Assistant Managers, thirteen Senior Assistants, forty-four Assistants, and seventeen Assistant (Cash) positions.

Madesh Province offers nine Assistant Manager positions, along with nine Senior Assistants, twenty-seven Assistants, and ten Assistant (Cash) positions.

Bagmati Province has eight Assistant Manager vacancies, eight Senior Assistants, twenty-four Assistants, and ten Assistant (Cash) positions.

Gandaki Province presents eight Assistant Manager openings, seven Senior Assistants, twenty-four Assistants, and nine Assistant (Cash) positions.

Lumbini Province offers ten Assistant Manager positions, eight Senior Assistants, thirty-one Assistants, and eleven Assistant (Cash) positions.

In Karnali Province, there are six vacancies for Assistant Managers, five for Senior Assistants, eighteen for Assistants, and seven for Assistant (Cash) positions. 

Sudurpachhim Province has six Assistant Manager vacancies, six Senior Assistants, nineteen Assistants, and seven Assistant (Cash) positions.
