Green Development Bank Limited Seeks Highly Qualified Candidates for Senior Positions

Pokhara-8, Kaski - Green Development Bank Limited, a leading regional level development bank, is currently inviting applications from qualified and motivated Nepalese citizens for two senior positions within the organization. The bank is seeking highly competent individuals who are committed to driving the bank's growth and achieving its strategic objectives.

Position 1: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO)

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer will play a crucial role in the strategic leadership and management of the bank. Reporting directly to the CEO, the DCEO will be responsible for effectively implementing strategic plans, providing visionary leadership, and guiding the bank towards the realization of its vision, mission, strategies, and annual goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum Master's Degree in Management/Finance/Business Administration/Economics.
- At least 10 years of experience in officer-level positions or above within the banking and financial sector.
- Highly confident, dynamic, and visionary individual.
- Proven track record of achieving consistent and sustainable business growth.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge and Skills:

- In-depth understanding of domestic and international banking regulations and best practices.
- Proactive leadership approach to develop and maintain long-term business growth.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.

Position 2: Senior Manager

Green Development Bank Limited is also seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager. The bank is looking for a team-oriented individual with strong critical thinking abilities and a passion for solving business problems at the senior management level.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

- Master's degree in Management/Business Administration/Finance/Economics.
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience in officer-level positions or above.
- Ability to maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the bank's overall objectives.
- Act as an effective representative of the bank's brand and maintain its reputation.
- Excellent competitive, market, and product intelligence to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
