Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited Announces Job Vacancy for Management Trainees

Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SRDBL), one of Nepal's leading national level development banks, has opened applications for the position of Management Trainee. To be eligible for the position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Career Level: Entry Level
• Availability: Full Time
• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking & Insurance, Economics, Accountancy, or any stream of Management.
• A minimum of 60% marks out of 100% or 3.25 GPA out of 4 CGPA or 7.00 GPA out of 10 CGPA from a recognized university.

Additionally, applicants are required to provide their Master's Degree transcript. In the case of degrees acquired from a foreign university, equivalent documentation is compulsory.

The successful candidates selected for the Management Trainee position will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training in all areas of the bank, allowing them to assume mid-level positions such as Senior Assistant, Supervisor, or Junior Officer. Upon successful completion of the training period, selected candidates will be assigned to various locations across Nepal based on the development bank's requirements.

The selection process will consist of a Written Exam, Group Discussion, Preliminary Interview, and Final Interview. Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the answers provided during the application process in the ERA.

It is important to note that the bank reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. Depending on the number of applications received, the bank may raise the minimum criteria and only call shortlisted candidates for further selection processes.
