Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has received approval to acquire Rastra Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, according to reports. Aasha Laghubitta signed an initial understanding letter on Chaitra 29 for the acquisition of Rastra Utthan Laghubitta.
The central office of Aasha Laghubitta is located in Madanpur, Ward No. 6, Kakani Rural Municipality, Nuwakot. Meanwhile, Rastra Utthan Laghubitta's central office is situated in Sangam, Ward No. 13, Kabhre.
Aasha Laghubitta has an authorized capital of NPR 33 crores 39 lakhs, while Rastra Utthan Laghubitta's authorized capital is NPR 26 crores. The move is expected to create a stronger financial institution capable of catering to the growing needs of the Nepalese economy.
