Position: Asst. General Manager / Dy. General Manager / Dy. Chief Executive Officer
1. ademic Qualification :
> Master Degree or equivalent to Master Degree in Insurance, Management, Finance, Account, Economics, Business Studies, Law, Mathematics, Statistics or
Engineering, Chartered Accountancy.
2. Eligibility Criteria
> The candidate having academic qualification as stated above, should have work experience at least in the position of managerial level for at least S Years in insurance sector.
> He/she should not be disqualified as provided under Insurers Corporate Good Governance Directives 2075.
>The candidate should have excellent organizational, leadership, communication and
analytical skills,
3. Responsibilities :
> The prospective candidate is expected to look after various specialized portfolios like Central Marketing, Actuarial Valuation, Reinsurance, Product Development, Compliance Requirements etc.
> Provide direction and leadership for achieving Company's objectives.
> Formulate and implement the company's strategic and annual business plans.
> Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
4. Business Plan:
Candidates are required to submit a 4 Years business plan which he/she will pursue to achieve the organizational goals at the time of application. He/she should submit a CV with short description of his/her previous experience.
5.Last date to apply:

6. Performance Agreement :
The successful candidate shall have to enter into a Performance Agreement with the
Company at the time of appointment.
7. Remuneration :
As per Company's Rule.
