1. Credit & Marketing- Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager -1
(Head Office, Pokhara)
Educational Qualification :
Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of Management.
Job specifications:
* Minimum 10 years’ banking experience in any NRB Icensed BFis.
* Have performed the job role of Officer Level
* Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation
* Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English)
* Good negotiation and presentation skill.
* Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively
* Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Sofware
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and not exceeding 45 years at the time of filing application.
2. Credit & Marketing-RM (Assistant/Sr. Assistant) - Few (Pokhara, Chitwan, Kathmandu, Rupandehi & Palungtar Branch)
Educational Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any streom of Management.
Job specifications:
* Minimum two years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFls.
* Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
* Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
* Good negotiation and presentation skill
* Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
* Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Software.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
3. Jr. Assistant - Few (Pokhara, Chitwan and Palungtar Branch)
Educational Qualification :
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of Management
Job specifications:
* Should be self-starter.
* Good communication skills and ability to delight customers with personalized service.
* Able lo adjust and adapt in new environment.
* Ability to work in minimum supervision.
* Having prior work experience would be an cdded advantage.
