After the direction of the Nepal Rastra Bank, the profit share of the Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha sector has also decreased. Mahuli Laghubitta had proposed to distribute a total of 25% profit share, including a 20% bonus share and a 5% cash dividend for the purpose of income tax for the financial year 2078/79 based on the current established agreement. However, the central bank has only approved the distribution of a maximum of 15% profit share. Therefore, the company has announced the distribution of only 15% profit share, including bonus shares and income tax, with the remaining profit being retained. Currently, the company has retained a total of NPR 28.21 million in reserve. The upcoming annual general meeting of the company will decide on the distribution of the mentioned profit share to the investors.
