राष्ट्र बैंकद्वारा चाइनिज नोट प्रिन्टिङ कम्पनीलाई ३१ करोड थान नोट छाप्न ठेक्का दिएकोबारे सूचना

नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक, मुद्रा व्यवस्थापन विभागले ३१ करोड २० रुपैयाँ दरका नेपाली नोटको डिजाइन, छपाई, आपूर्ति र वितरणको लागि ठेक्का दिने आशयपत्रको सूचना जारी गरेको छ । चीनमा रहेको चाइना बैंकनोट प्रिन्टिङ एण्ड मिन्टिङ कर्पोरेशनलाई ४,६९८,६८५ अमेरिकी डलरको बोली मूल्यमा ठेक्का दिइएको हो। खण्ड–आई को सम्बन्धित बोलपत्र कागजात  ITB 42 अन्तर्गत बोलपत्रदाताहरूलाई निर्देशन अनुसार बोलपत्रलाई सबैभन्दा कम मूल्याङ्कन गरिएको कम्पनीलाई ठेक्का दिइएको बैंकले सूचनामा उल्लेख गरेको छ ।  नयाँ नोटको खरिद प्रक्रिया सुरु भएको संकेत गर्दै यो आशय पत्र आधिकारिक रूपमा प्रकाशित गरिएको राष्ट्र बैंकले जनाएको छ ।

The Nepal Rastra Bank, Currency Management Department, has issued a letter of intent to award the contract for the procurement of designing, printing, supplying, and delivery of 310 million pieces of Nepalese Rupees 20 denomination banknotes. The contract has been awarded to M/S China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation, located in China, with a bid price of USD 4.698,685. The bid was deemed to be the lowest evaluated and substantially responsive bid, in accordance with the instructions to bidders under the concerned bid document ITB 42 of section I. This letter of intent has been officially published, signaling the start of the procurement process for the new banknotes.
