Nabil Bank has invited sealed proposals from interested property owners to rent a building for the operation of its new branch office in the main commercial and market area of Khajura Rural Municipality-3, Banke district, Lumbini Province.
According to the notice, the bank is seeking a building with a floor area of 1,000 to 1,500 square feet, preferably on the ground or first floor, located in a major commercial area of Khajura.
Interested property owners must offer buildings equipped with water, electricity and parking facilities, along with access to a motorable road at least six metres wide. The proposed building must not fall within any planned road expansion area.
The bank has stated that earthquake-resistant buildings will be given priority. The premises must also have sufficient space on the ground floor to accommodate an ATM and generator.
The selected property must be available for a minimum rental period of 15 years. The bank will deduct applicable taxes from rental payments in accordance with prevailing laws.
Interested property owners are invited to submit their sealed proposals in accordance with the bank's requirements.
