Himalayan Bank Limited has temporarily suspended its mobile banking and internet banking services due to ongoing maintenance and system upgrade works.
In a notice issued on Sunday (Kartik 15, 2083), the bank informed its customers that both digital banking services are currently unavailable while necessary maintenance and upgrade activities are being carried out.
The bank stated that its technical team is continuously working to restore the services as soon as possible.
Apologising for the inconvenience caused to customers, Himalayan Bank said it would notify users through its official communication channels once the services resume.
The bank has also thanked its customers for their patience, understanding and continued trust during the disruption.
The notice did not specify an exact timeline for the restoration of the mobile banking and internet banking services.
