Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has proposed a total dividend of 5.26% for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2082/83, subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The proposal was made at the bank’s 331st Board of Directors meeting held at 4:00 PM on October 28, 2026.
According to the information submitted to Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the proposed dividend comprises 5% bonus shares and 0.26% cash dividend.
The bank has proposed distributing 13,390,581.73 units of bonus shares, equivalent to 5% of its current paid-up capital. In addition, it has proposed a cash dividend of Rs. 69,631,025, equivalent to 0.26%, to cover the tax payable on the bonus shares.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after receiving the necessary approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the bank’s AGM.
The announcement was formally communicated to Nepal Stock Exchange on October 28, 2026, through an official information update.
