Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) has announced a 16% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit earned in the previous fiscal year.
According to the bank, the dividend will be distributed at 16% of its current paid-up capital, inclusive of the amount applicable for tax purposes.
The bank’s Board of Directors made the decision at a meeting held on Kartik 9, 2083.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders will receive the dividend after the required approvals are obtained.
