National Life Insurance Invites Rental Proposals for Chabahil Branch Office

National Life Insurance Company Limited has invited rental proposals for its Chabahil branch office in Kathmandu.

The company is seeking a fully constructed RCC building located within a 300-metre radius of the main road between Chabahil Chuchchepati and Bhatbhateni.

Interested individuals or institutions are requested to submit proposals specifying the desired monthly rent, including or excluding applicable taxes, within seven days of the notice's publication.

Applicants must submit the necessary documents, including the land ownership certificate, approved building plan, building completion certificate and the property owner's citizenship certificate, along with their rental proposal to the address specified in the official notice.
