Him Parbat Hydropower to Issue IPO from October 28

Him Parbat Hydropower Limited will open its initial public offering (IPO) from October 28, 2026 (Kartik 11, 2083), targeting project-affected local residents and Nepalis working abroad.

The company will issue 1.69 million ordinary shares to local residents and 422,500 shares to Nepalis working abroad, at a face value of NPR 100 per share.

Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares. The IPO for Nepalis working abroad will close early on November 2, 2026 (Kartik 16), or by November 11 (Kartik 25) at the latest.

For project-affected local residents, the early closing date is November 11, with the final deadline set for November 26, 2026 (Mangsir 10).

Citizens Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager.
