Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has started integrated financial operations under its existing name following the acquisition of Win Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
The acquisition process was completed in accordance with the Bank and Financial Institution Merger and Acquisition Regulations, 2073, including subsequent amendments. The transaction received final approval from Nepal Rastra Bank, the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), and the Office of the Company Registrar.
Swarojgar Laghubitta, a Class “D” national-level microfinance institution headquartered in Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchok, acquired Win Nepal Laghubitta, a Class “D” microfinance institution with its registered office in Banepa-13 and operations covering Bagmati Province.
Following the acquisition, all assets, liabilities and other potential liabilities of Win Nepal Laghubitta existing up to the final day before the acquisition have been assumed by Swarojgar Laghubitta.
The integrated financial operations officially commenced from Bhadra 21, 2083 (September 7, 2026) under the name Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
The institution issued the notice to inform all concerned stakeholders about the commencement of integrated operations.
