Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta has announced a vacancy for one position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) under Advertisement No. 1/083/84. The appointment will be made on a three-year contractual basis through open competition, with the possibility of renewal.
The institution is seeking applications from eligible Nepali citizens with either a Master’s degree or equivalent and at least five years of managerial-level experience in a microfinance institution, bank, or financial institution, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least seven years of managerial-level experience in the same sector. Candidates with a degree in Economics or Management, or those who have studied Chartered Accountancy (CA), will be given special preference.
Applicants must have completed 35 years of age and must not be over 55 years old as of the application deadline. Salary, benefits, and other terms of service will be provided according to the institution’s rules.
The selection process will include shortlisting, presentation of a professional business plan and strategy, and an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit the necessary documents and self-declaration. Candidates selected for the presentation stage will subsequently be invited for an interview.
