A bank has invited sealed bids from interested property owners to lease a suitable building or flat for relocating its New Road Bishal Bazar Branch in Kathmandu.
The bank is looking for a property with an area of approximately 3,000 to 8,000 square feet in and around the New Road commercial area. Interested property owners have been asked to submit their proposals within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
Applicants must clearly mention the proposed rental area and rent amount and submit the proposal, along with the required documents, to the bank's General Administration Department at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The required documents include a location map with photographs of the proposed property, a copy of the approved building plan, building completion certificate, land survey map, land ownership certificate and citizenship certificate of the property owner or authorized representative.
The bank has specified that the proposed property must have no ongoing legal or ownership disputes. The building should be completed, connected to the main road, and have its frontage facing the main road.
The property must also comply with government-approved building standards and should not fall within the public road right-of-way. It should have an RCC frame structure and standard finishing.
In addition, the premises should provide adequate space for vehicle parking, a generator, ATM installation and sufficient water supply.
Other rental terms will be finalized through mutual agreement between the bank and the property owner. The bank has reserved the right to accept or reject any proposal and to modify the specified conditions.
The proposed location for the branch relocation is the New Road area and its surroundings in Kathmandu.
