NADEP Laghubitta Calls for Applications for Chief Executive Officer

NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has invited applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The microfinance institution published the vacancy notice for the second time on September 23, 2026 (Ashoj 7, 2083).

NADEP Laghubitta is a national-level Class “D” financial institution focused on expanding access to microfinance services and supporting financial inclusion and sustainable livelihoods among underserved communities.

Candidates applying for the CEO position must hold a Chartered Accountancy qualification or a master’s degree in management, banking, finance, economics, commerce, accounting, statistics, mathematics, business administration, public administration, rural development, agriculture, sociology or law from a recognized educational institution.

Applicants must also have at least 10 years of professional experience in the banking, financial or development sector, including a minimum of five years in a managerial position. Candidates must be between 35 and 60 years of age.

The selected candidate will be based at NADEP Laghubitta’s Central Office in Dhunibesi-6, Dhading. The selection process will include a business plan presentation and an interview. Salary and other benefits will be negotiated in accordance with the institution’s rules and regulations.

Applicants are required to submit an application along with their CV, a four-year business plan, copies of citizenship and academic certificates, experience certificates and one passport-size photograph.

Interested candidates must submit their applications within seven days of the publication of the notice, either by email to [email protected] or in a sealed envelope at the institution’s Central Office in Dhunibesi-6, Dharke, Dhading.

NADEP Laghubitta has stated that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. The institution also reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning a reason, while any form of solicitation will result in automatic disqualification.
