Nepal Life Insurance Invites Applications for 5,575 Promoter Shares

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has issued a 35-day notice inviting applications from existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing 5,575 promoter shares held by founder shareholder Sushila Devi Agrawal.

Interested promoter shareholders must submit their applications within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice at the company’s corporate office in Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu.

The share sale process will be conducted in accordance with the Insurance Business-Related Directive, 2077 and applicable regulations. If no applications are received within the stipulated period, further action will be taken as per prevailing laws.
