Bank Issues Notice for Central Store Building Within Ring Road Area

Nabil bank has published a notice seeking sealed proposals from interested property owners to rent a building for use as a central store. First published on Ashoj 1, 2083, the notice invites proposals for a concrete building or metal structure to be used for storage and material management purposes. The required location for the property is within the market areas inside the Ring Road or within approximately 1 kilometer of it in the Kathmandu or Lalitpur Metropolitan City areas. The desired property must have a floor area between 2,500 and 3,000 square feet and should be situated on the basement, ground floor, or first floor, with the condition that a lift facility must be available if it is on the first floor.
