Kumari Bank Declares 2.1053% Cash Dividend for Shareholders

Kumari Bank Limited has announced a cash dividend for its shareholders.

A meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors held on Tuesday decided to distribute a 2.1053% cash dividend, including tax, on the bank’s paid-up capital.

Kumari Bank currently has a paid-up capital of NPR 26.23 billion. The proposed dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the bank’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), the bank said.
