NRB Directs Banks and Financial Institutions to Dispense Rs. 100 Notes Through ATMs

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has directed commercial banks and financial institutions to make necessary arrangements to dispense Rs. 100 banknotes directly through ATM machines. The central bank said the facility will help meet public demand for smaller denominations, particularly during the upcoming Dashain festival, while reducing crowds at bank counters and saving customers’ time.
