Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has invited proposals from property owners to lease a commercial building or flat for its Trishuli Branch Office in Bidur Municipality-1, Dunge Bazaar, Nuwakot.
The bank issued a seven-day notice after the Trishuli Branch office building was completely damaged by the devastating flood that struck the area on Bhadra 10, 2083 (August 26, 2026), leaving the branch unable to continue operations from its existing premises.
According to the notice, the bank is seeking a suitable commercial or business-purpose permanent building or flat for a minimum lease period of 10 years or longer.
Interested property owners who are willing to lease their building or flat to the bank have been invited to submit proposals subject to the terms and conditions specified in the notice.
