Kathmandu - Siddhartha Bank Limited has formally notified the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) regarding the upcoming maturity of its corporate debenture, "10.25% SBL Debenture 2083."
According to the notice, the bank had issued 2,500,000 units of the 7-year debenture with a face value of NPR 1,000 per unit, offering a coupon rate of 10.25% per annum. The securities were allotted on Bhadra 26, 2076 and subsequently listed on NEPSE on Kartik 05, 2076.
The debentures will mature following Bhadra 25, 2083. The bank has requested NEPSE to take note of the maturity and initiate the necessary procedures in accordance with the listing agreement.
