Swarojgar Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited will acquire Win Nepal Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited, with all assets and liabilities of Win Nepal transferred to Swarojgar Laghubitta. The integrated institution will operate under the name Swarojgar Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited effective from Bhadra 21, 2083 (September 6, 2026), as per Nepal Rastra Bank approval.
