Citizens Bank International Limited has announced the sale of a Ford EcoSport through a sealed-bid tender process. The bank has invited interested individuals, firms and companies to participate in the bidding for the vehicle, which is currently located at the bank’s Butwal Branch in Rupandehi.
According to the notice, the vehicle was manufactured in 2019 and will be sold through a confidential sealed tender. Interested bidders must submit their bids to the bank’s Central Office, General Service Department, Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu, within seven days of the publication of the notice. The deadline for submitting the sealed bid is Shrawan 23, 2083.
The bank has stated that the tender form can be obtained from its Central Office by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000. Bidders are also required to submit a bid security equivalent to 5 percent of their quoted amount. The security amount must be deposited in the specified bank account, with the necessary bank voucher submitted along with the bid.
Individual bidders must provide a copy of their Nepali citizenship certificate or other valid identification document. In the case of firms or companies, the required registration documents, Permanent Account Number (PAN) or other relevant tax documents must be submitted as specified by the bank.
Citizens Bank will open the sealed bids at 11:00 AM on Shrawan 23, 2083, at its Central Office in Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu. The bank has reserved the right to accept or reject any or all bids, accept bids partially, and conduct negotiations or re-negotiations if deemed necessary.

Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender conditions and complete all required documents before submitting their offers.
